Company Guarantees definition

Company Guarantees means all guaranties, letters of credit, bonds, sureties, cash collateral accounts, and other credit support or assurances provided by Seller or its Affiliates (other than the Companies) in support of any obligations of any of the Companies or the Business, including those obligations listed on Schedule 6.5.
Company Guarantees means those guaranties, bonds, sureties and other credit support or assurances (other than letters of credit) provided by Seller or its Affiliates (other than the Subsidiaries) in support of obligations of the Company or any Subsidiary that are set forth in Schedule 6.6(a).
Company Guarantees means all guaranties, letters of credit, bonds, sureties, cash collateral accounts, and other credit support or assurances provided by PBF Parent or any of its Affiliates (other than the Transferred Companies) in support of any obligations of the Transferred Companies, the Delaware Logistics Assets or the Business.

More Definitions of Company Guarantees

Company Guarantees means all guaranties, letters of credit, bonds, sureties, cash collateral accounts, and other credit support or assurances provided by Sellers or their Affiliates (other than the Companies) in support of any obligations of any of the Companies or the Downstream Business, including those obligations listed on Schedule 6.5.
