Company Guarantee definition

Company Guarantee means the Guarantee of the Notes by the Company.

Company Guarantee means the guarantee by the Company of the distributions on the Trust Securities of a Commonwealth Bankshares Capital Trust to the extent of the Guarantee Agreement.

Company Guarantee means the Guarantee of the Securities by the Company pursuant to this Indenture.
