Information and audit rights of the Company Group Members only arise under section11.1 to the extent that the Principal Agreement does not otherwise give them information and audit rights meeting the relevant requirements of Data Protection Law (including, where applicable, article 28(3)(h) of the GDPR).
No written notice of cancellation of, or indication of an intention not to renew, any such insurance policy has been received by any of the Company Group Members other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.
