Company Facility definition

Company Facility means any facility owned or operated by the Company or any Viterra Group Company for the receival and storage of grain, and may include a Port Terminal Facility. Confidential Information means information exchanges between the Company and the Client in relation to the business of those persons that:

More Definitions of Company Facility

Company Facility means any senior living facility owned, leased, subleased, managed or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Significant Joint Ventures (or in the case of the definition of Management Agreement or Real Property Lease as used in Section 6.1(n), any Joint Venture (or any joint venture formed after the date of this Agreement), whether or not a Significant Joint Venture).

Company Facility means either Company’s manufacturing facility or other location designated by Company.

Company Facility means any post-acute/skilled nursing facility, memory care/assisted living facility, home health facility, hospice facility or other senior living or health care facility owned, leased, subleased, managed or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Company Facility means any real property asset (including the land, the improvements and fixtures thereon and the ambient air ground water and surface water thereof), that the Company owns, operates, occupies, controls or leases as of the date of this Agreement.
