Company Executives means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx and Jags Xxxxxxxxxx.

• The Executive promises and agrees that he will not directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company Executives to work for any Competitor during the one-year period following his termination of employment unless such termination is by the Company for reasons other than Cause or by the Executive for Good Reason.

• At the option of the Company, Executive's employment may be terminated by written notice to Executive or his personal representative in the event of the Permanent Disability of Executive.
