Company Equity Securities definition

Company Equity Securities means all shares of Company Capital Stock now or hereafter issued and all Options or Convertible Securities now or hereafter issued.

Company Equity Securities means the Equity Securities of the Company.

Company Equity Securities means all securities of the Company, including all common stock, preferred stock, warrants and options to purchase preferred or common stock of the Company, and any other securities of the Company convertible or exercisable into preferred or common stock of the Company.

More Definitions of Company Equity Securities

Company Equity Securities means the Shares and any other equity securities of the Company.
