Company Equity Plans definition

Company Equity Plans means any stock option, stock incentive, stock purchase or other equity compensation plan, sub-plan or non-plan agreement sponsored or maintained by the Company or any Subsidiary or controlled Affiliate of the Company or to which any such entity is a party.
Company Equity Plans means the Company’s 1994 Stock Option Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan, 2000 Stock Option Plan, 2003 Equity Incentive Plan and 2005 Equity Incentive Plan, each as may be amended from time to time, and any stock option agreements, award notices, stock purchase agreements or other agreements or instruments executed and delivered pursuant thereto.
Company Equity Plans means (i) the Company’s 2018 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, (ii) the Company’s 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, (iii) the Company’s 2010 Incentive Option Plan and (iv) the Company’s 2019 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan.
