Company DSU definition

Company DSU means a deferred share unit issued under the Company DSU Plan;
Company DSU means any deferred stock unit that is fully vested and payable in shares of Company Common Stock or the value of which is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted by the Company under a Company Stock Plan or otherwise.
Company DSU means all awards of deferred stock units of the Company, including any stock units granted as dividend equivalent rights (whether granted by the Company pursuant to a Company Equity Plan, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted).

  • Effective as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, each Company DSU that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall automatically be canceled and converted into the right to receive from the Surviving Corporation an amount of cash equal to the product of (i) the total number of shares of Company Stock then underlying such Company DSU multiplied by (ii) the Merger Consideration, without any interest thereon and subject to all applicable withholding.

Company DSU means a deferred restricted stock unit granted with respect to Company Class A Shares (whether granted under the Company Equity Incentive Plan, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted), including (for the avoidance of doubt) a deferred restricted stock unit representing the portion of a participant’s account under either the Company’s 2016 Deferred Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors or the Company LP’s Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan attributable to cash fees, base salary, bonus and/or dividend equivalent amounts for which the measurement fund selected is the Company’s share fund.
Company DSU means each deferred stock unit issued pursuant to the Company Stock Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors.
Company DSU means, at any time, each award of deferred stock units with respect to Company Common Shares granted pursuant to the Company Stock Plans or otherwise which is, at such time, outstanding, whether or not vested;
