Company Device definition

Company Device means a mobile device owned or controlled by Company that is provided to you solely for your use of the Driver App to provide Transportation Services.
Company Device means a mobile device owned or controlled by Company that is provided to you solely for your use of the Quik Plow App to provide Snow Removal Services.
Company Device means the Company’s proprietary device described in Exhibit A hereto, and any improvements, modifications and derivatives thereof.
