Consultant shall execute and deliver such documentation as may be requested by the Company to evidence its ownership of all Company Copyrights.
Executive covenants to take all requested actions and execute all requested documents to assist the Company, or its designee, at the Company’s expense, in every way; consistent with applicable law, (1) to secure the Company above rights in the Prior Intellectual Property and Company Inventions and any of the Company Copyrights, patents, mask work rights or other intellectual property rights relating thereto in any and all countries, and (2) to pursue any patents or registrations with respect thereto.
