Examples of Company Conversion Date in a sentence
The Company shall give such Company Conversion Notice in accordance with Section 5(j) below at least one (1) Trading Day before the Company Conversion Date.
Each Company Conversion Notice shall specify the number of shares of Preferred Stock to be converted and the date on which such conversion is to be effected, which date will be at least one (1) Trading Day after the date the Company delivers such Notice by facsimile to the holder (the "Company Conversion Date").
The Company Conversion Notice shall specify the number of shares of Preferred Stock that will be subject to automatic conversion on the Company Conversion Date.
