Company Conversion Date definition

Company Conversion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 13.03(a) (Company Conversion Right).

Company Conversion Date means the conversion date set forth in the Company Conversion Notice and selected by the Company in accordance with Section 6(d)(2).

• If no Company Conversion Date is specified in a Company Conversion Notice given under this Section, the Company Conversion Date shall be the 11th day after the Company Conversion Notice is deemed delivered pursuant to Section 5(h).
