Company Clients definition

Company Clients means all clients of the Company that had engagements in process as of the Closing Date or were in progress at any point after January 1, 2012.
Company Clients means (i) the actual current clients and customers of Company which Employee alone, or in combination with others, handled, serviced, or solicited at any time during the one (1) year period immediately preceding the Termination Date. In the case of a corporate client, “Company Client” shall, in addition to the corporate client itself, the individual representative of the corporate client and his or her successor or equivalent within the organizational subdivision of the corporate client on behalf of which he or she patronized Company, any organizational subdivision of the corporate client on behalf of which such individual representative has patronized Company, and any organizational subdivision of the corporate client referred to Employee by such individual representative.
Company Clients means those clients of the Company and its Subsidiary for which they provide investment advisory services.

More Definitions of Company Clients

Company Clients means all persons or entities that have used or inquired of the Company's services at any time during the two-year period preceding the termination of EMPLOYEE's employment with the Company or whose identity otherwise constitutes trade secret information. EMPLOYEE acknowledges and agrees that the identity of the Company Clients is not readily ascertainable or discoverable through public sources, and that the Company's list of Company Clients was cultivated with great effort and secured through the expenditure of considerable time and money by the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section does not prohibit EMPLOYEE from accepting as customers those Company Clients of EMPLOYEE that wish to transfer their business without being solicited by EMPLOYEE, directly or indirectly. (b) Non-Solicitation of Employees. EMPLOYEE agrees that for a period of two (2) years immediately following the termination of EMPLOYEE's relationship with the Company for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, EMPLOYEE shall not either directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company's employees to leave their employment, or attempt to solicit employees of the Company, either for EMPLOYEE or for any other person or entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section does not prohibit EMPLOYEE from accepting the employment application from those Company employees that wish to separate from the Company without being solicited by EMPLOYEE, directly or indirectly. 4.3.
Company Clients means (a) the customers of the Company Business as of, or during the 12 month period before, the Termination Date, about which the Employee had actual knowledge; (b) any prospective customers of the Company Business during the during the 12 month period before, the Termination Date about which Employee had actual knowledge or with respect to which Employee received material Confidential Information; and (c) any other customer of the Company or its Affiliates as of, or during the 12 month period before, the Termination Date, or prospective customer of the Company or its Affiliates during the 12 month period before, the Termination Date, in each case, about which Employee has actual knowledge and (i) with respect to which Employee has received material Confidential Information, (ii) with which Employee has had direct substantial contact, (iii) to which Employee has provided services in the course of performing his duties for the Company, or (iv) with respect to which Employee was actively engaged in the solicitation of such Person’s business with the Company or such of its Affiliates.
Company Clients means those actual clients and customers of Company and those active prospective clients or customers of Company handled, serviced, or solicited at any time during the Term (as defined in Section 2).

Company Clients has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).
Company Clients means clients of Company on whose behalf Company is authorized in an Order Form to use the Services as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
