Company Client definition

Company Client means any Person whose assets, or the assets of whose clients, are being managed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to an investment advisory or similar agreement.
Company Client means a customer of Company's that utilizes the Private Label Site.
Company Client means any entity to which the Company provides services during the Term of this Agreement.

Company Client means any person, corporation, partnership, entity or legal organization to whom the Company sold its services or products or solicited to sell its products or services during the twelve (12) months prior to the termination of Employee's employment.
