Company Charter definition

Company Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.
Company Charter means the certificate of incorporation of the Company in effect on the date hereof, as may be amended from time to time.
Company Charter shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
