Company Channels definition

Company Channels means (i) all retail establishments owned or operated by the Company or its Affiliates, (ii) all websites owned or operated by the Company or its Affiliates, and (iii) all mail order, catalog and other direct access media (including all mobile media, whether or not accessible through a website) that are owned or operated by the Company or its Affiliates.
Company Channels means (i) all retail establishments owned or operated by the Company or its Affiliates, (ii) all websites and mobile applications owned or operated by the Company or its Affiliates, solely to the extent delivering Goods and/or Services, and (iii) all print media including direct mail and catalogs that are owned or operated by the Company or its Affiliates, solely to the extent delivering Goods and/or Services.

Examples of Company Channels in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise agreed by the parties hereto, Company shall maintain POS terminals in each Store which are capable of processing Company Transactions substantially as handled as of the Effective Date; provided, however, that this provision shall not apply to Incidental Company Channels except at Company’s option.
