Company Businesses definition

Company Businesses means the businesses conducted by the Company Assets.
Company Businesses means, as of the date specified, the collective reference to the Company Commercial Aircraft Business, the Company Government Business and the Company Aeroderivative Business, as presently conducted by the entities in the Company Group and their respective business operations;
Company Businesses has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
