Company Board Designees definition

Company Board Designees means, upon appointment to the SpinCo Board, the Initial Designees, or any Replacement Designees, as applicable.
Company Board Designees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 of this Agreement.
Company Board Designees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.6.
