Company Asset definition

Company Asset means the real property asset described in the Offering Supplement.
Company Asset means, without limitation, any items or equipment and/or chattels brought onto the Site by the Company or Company Related Parties which if brought on to the Site after the Commencement Date shall be asset tagged by the Company or Company Related Party for ease of identification;
Company Asset means all properties, rights, interests and other tangible and intangible assets of the Company, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights, Technology, Equipment, Inventory, Company Contracts and Governmental Authorizations of the Company.

Company Asset means any property or asset of the Company, and “Company Assets” means the aggregate of all of the property and assets of the Company.
