Companies Disclosure Schedule definition

Companies Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedules delivered by the Sellers to the Buyer concurrently with the execution of this Agreement and forming a part hereof.
Companies Disclosure Schedule means the Schedules which are attached hereto and delivered by the Companies on the date hereof.
Companies Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule dated as of the date hereof delivered by the Companies to Cordant.

Companies Disclosure Schedule means a document dated the date of this Agreement referring specifically to the representations and warranties in this Agreement and delivered by the Companies to Shurgard.
