Community Systems definition

Community Systems means and refers to any and all television (cable, satellite or otherwise), telecommunication, alarm/monitoring, electronic surveillance and/or monitoring systems intended to control access, internet, telephone, utility or other lines, conduits, wires, amplifiers, towers, antennae, satellite dishes, equipment, materials, installations and fixtures (including those based on, containing and serving future technological advances not now known), installed by Declarant, the Association or a third party provider, or pursuant to any grant of easement or authority by Declarant and/or the Association within the Community.
Community Systems means and refers to any and all cable television, telecommunication, alarm/monitoring, internet, telephone or other lines, conduits, wires, amplifiers, towers, antennae, satellite dishes, equipment, materials, installations and fixtures (including those based on, containing and serving future technological advances not now known), installed by TBI/Naples Limited Partnership and its successor, the Association, or pursuant to any grant of easement or authority by the Association or its predecessors within “The Properties” (as defined below).
Community Systems means and refer to any and all communication services, including but not limited to cable television, internet services, information services, telecommunications, alarm monitoring lines, street lighting, conduits, wires, amplifiers, towers, antennae, equipment, materials, installations and fixtures (including those based on, containing or serving future technological advances not now known) installed by Declarant or pursuant to any grant of easement or authority by Declarant within the Property and serving more than one Lot. The Master Association Declarant shall be permitted, but shall not be obligated to install and/or cause the installation of Community Systems.

Community Systems means and refer to any and all cable television, telecommunication, security, alarm, irrigation, irrigation wells, sprinkler, underground automatic sprinkler system, or other lines, pipes, conduits, wires, amplifiers, towers, antennae, equipment, materials, installations and fixtures (including those based on, containing or serving future technological advances not now known) installed by Developer or pursuant to any grant of easement or authority by Developer within The Properties and serving more than one Lot/Unit.
Community Systems means and refer to any and all television (cable, satellite or otherwise), telecommunication, internet access, alarm/monitoring, utility or other lines, conduits, wires, fibers, satellites, amplifiers, towers, antennae, equipment, materials, installations and fixtures (including those based on, containing or serving future technological advances not now known), and serving the Association Property and Living Units.
Community Systems means all lines, conduits, mains, wires, amplifiers, towers, antennae, materials, equipment, apparatus, installations, and fixtures installed by Declarant, or pursuant to any grant of easement or authority by Declarant, within the Community by which any of the Community System Services are furnished to any of the Parcels.
