Community Representative definition

Community Representative means a person who represents an agency or business that provides private funding for child care services, or who advocates for child care services through participation in civic or community-based organizations but is not a child care provider and does not represent an agency that contracts with the State Department of Education to provide child care and development services.
Community Representative means the member of the Council for the time being appointed to that position who is not a member of the College;
Community Representative means a person appointed by a tenants' voluntary group or similar Representative organisation, to represent their interests in any aspect of the contracts process (but not an elected Councillor)

More Definitions of Community Representative

Community Representative means a person appointed by the Minister as a community representative and who is not registered in terms of this Act.
Community Representative as stated in Article 7 means any person who does not hold a Membership in CommunityWise Resource Centre as defined in Article 2.
