Community Groups definition

Community Groups means recognized community groups, non-profit organizations, schools, youth groups, and similar groups and organizations.
Community Groups means a locally based community organisation, registered charity, community interest company or not for profit community group.
Community Groups means a not-for-profit organization that offers programs and services to meet the needs of the community.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the opportunity for the Community Groups to participate in any administrative process to the extent consistent with their commitments in this Agreement.

  • Duke Energy on the one hand, and DEQ and the Community Groups on the other, have a dispute as to whether coal ash under a lawfully permitted landfill is regulated by CAMA.

The Parties enter into this Settlement Agreement in order to resolve the matters referenced herein.

  • Community Member means any member of the public.

These programs may include but are not limited to medical, educational, vocational, social, and psychological guidance, training, counseling, alcoholism treatment, drug treatment, diversion programs for first-time offenders, transitional living, independent living and other rehabilitative services;

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Community health worker means an individual who:

  • Community means Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Orthopedic Hospital’s primary service area, although not exclusive to, is Vanderburgh County which is in southern Indiana.
