Community Development Committee definition

Community Development Committee or “CDC” means a committee established and operating under the Recipient’s Presidential Decree no. 18/1 of September 30, 2001, and comprising the Executive Secretary of a District (as hereinafter defined) or Town (as hereinafter defined) and elected representatives of such District or Town;
Community Development Committee means an elected committee recognized by the Village Administration, established under the provisions of the Local Government Decree to represent a group of people organized for the purposes of implementing a Subproject;
Community Development Committee or “CDC” means an elected local entity within the Recipient’s territory established and operating pursuant to the Recipient’s law No. 4/2001 dated January 13, 2001;
