Community contractor definition

Community contractor means a nonprofit organization that is the applicant and responsible lead member of a community coalition for a project.[PL 2021, c. 457, §2 (NEW).]
Community contractor means an association of local residents that repre- sents the local community in order to undertake a Community Contract.
