Communications Facility means the set of equipment and network components, including wires, cables, antennas, and associated facilities, used by a communications service provider to provide communications service.

Communications Facility means an installation which transmits, receives and/or relays communications such as a microwave or satellite relay tower, cellular telephone tower, aircraft communications tower, radio or television broadcast tower or similar facility.
