Communications Facilities definition

Communications Facilities means technology (including without limitation video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities) by which natural persons are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;
Communications Facilities means wire or cable facilities including but not limited to fiber optic, copper and/or coaxial cables or wires utilized to provide Communications Service including any and all associated equipment. Unless otherwise specified by the parties, the term “Communications Facilities” does not include Pole mounted wireless antennas, receivers or transceivers. Strand-mounted wireless equipment that does not restrict climbing space shall be considered Communications Facilities.
Communications Facilities means the set of equipment and network components, including wires and cables and associ- ated facilities, used by a communications service provider to pro- vide communications service.
