Communication System definition

Communication System will always have a Statement of Work and an Acceptance Test Plan. This clause shall also not be applicable to pre-existing contracts Contractor has in the State of Texas. The term ”pre-existing” shall refer to contracts in existence as of the effective date of this Agreement.
Communication System means but is not limited to a telecommunication system, radio communication system, or mobile data communication system.
