Communication Policy definition

Communication Policy means the communication policy for any major communication concerning the Procurement as set out in Schedule B (Communication Policy);

When you give us a specific Instruction, our Order Execution Policy may not apply, and we may be unable to take the steps described in such policy to obtain the best possible result in executing your Order. You confirm that you have read and agree to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will notify you of any material changes to our Order Execution Policy, but it is your responsibility to check for any other changes to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will consider the continued placement of Orders by you to constitute your continued consent to our Order Execution Policy as in effect from time to time.

  • Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at our website regarding best execution when executing client orders.

  • Communications Provider means a person who provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
