Communal Facilities definition

Communal Facilities means and includes:

Communal Facilities means party walls, fences, gutters, drains, roadways, pavements, entrance ways, staircases, lavatories, accessways, passages, lifts, escalators, turntables, courtyards, external paviours, car parks and service or loading areas, service roads and other such amenities which are or may be used or enjoyed by an occupier of the Premises in common with any other person or persons.

Communal Facilities means roads, pathways, grounds, buildings, and all parts of the Village that may from time to time be specified in writing by the Scheme Operator to the Resident as available for the common use of all Residents.

Examples of Communal Facilities in a sentence

• This condition applies to all residential and non-residential buildings including Communal Facilities that are buildings.

• The Scheme Operator will bear the cost of the Village’s capital improvements including the capital improvement of the Communal Facilities but if the Resident gives a written request for a particular capital improvement to the Accommodation Unit and the Scheme Operator makes the improvement the Resident is to pay the cost.

• Lighting for all areas of the development including, but not limited to the shared driveways, COALs, recreational and other Communal Facilities, building entrances, building frontages, car and bike parking facilities and waste management facilities and footpaths.

• The Scheme Operator will permit the Resident to have the right in common with the Scheme Operator, and all persons from time to time residing at the Village to use the Communal Facilities.

• The Landlord shall have power at its discretion to alter the arrangement of the Communal Facilities provided that after such alteration the access to and amenities of the Premises are not substantially less convenient than before.

More Definitions of Communal Facilities

Communal Facilities means the facilities from time to time which shall form part of the Scheme, including but not limited to the Clubhouse to be constructed.
