Communal Areas definition

Communal Areas means all stairs, corridors, landings, gardens, balconies, grounds, social spaces entrance halls, laundrettes and reception areas and other communal areas within the Residence;
Communal Areas refers to the general and/or communal area/s in the Building and on the Property, inclusive of the shared communal area/s per unit.
Communal Areas means the Building Grounds, all stairwells, corridors, landings and entrance halls within the Building and any shared kitchens and/or bathrooms in the Building but not any shared kitchens and/or bathrooms within a shared Flat or House. “Common Rooms” A dedicated, shared room available to students residing in a Hall of Residence to socialise outside of their living area.

  • We will have regular quarterly inspections of your apartment and Communal Areas.

  • The Unit and Communal Areas have prepaid electrical meters and where applicable, gas bottles.

  • The Unit and Communal Areas must be used with care and with due regard for other tenants and in accordance with the House Rules.

  • You must not obstruct the Communal Areas or any parts of the Residence including fire escapes routes.

  • The tenants of the Building are collectively responsible to purchase electricity and gas for the Communal Areas.


More Definitions of Communal Areas

Communal Areas means any shared facility such as kitchen/pantry, bathroom, social or other room allocated to the Accommodation and those parts of the University property which are necessary for the purpose of gaining access to the Accommodation including lifts;
Communal Areas means all areas which are not part of your Room including the kitchens, hallways, stairs, landings and common room;
Communal Areas means all stairs, corridors, landings, gardens, balconies, grounds, social spaces entrance halls, laundrettes and reception areas and other communal areas within the Residence; Deposit” means the Deposit referred to in this Agreement and the UCD Residences Booking Form section of SISWeb;
Communal Areas means areas within the Property but external to the Flat, which all tenants in the Property are entitled to use.
Communal Areas means any shared facilities in the Halls of Residence, such as kitchen, bathroom and/or WC facilities.
Communal Areas means those areas which are available to and intended for the use of all tenants and any other such recreational facilities as set out in the Village Rules.
Communal Areas means areas of the Building which are not let or intended to be let to a tenant, including (as applicable to the Building) entrance halls, stairs, laundry, internet café, lifts and grounds.
