Common Utility Lines definition

Common Utility Lines. Common Utility Lines" shall mean all utility lines, connections and facilities or portions thereof that extend to a particular point of delivery to a particular Tract designated on the Plans attached hereto as Exhibit "B", installed for the common use and benefit of all Buildings and Tracts comprising the Redeveloped Aladdin for the transmission of domestic water, fire protection water, storm drainage, and sanitary sewage, which the Aladdin Parties shall install pursuant to this Agreement and which shall be maintained, repaired and restored as set forth in the REA.
Common Utility Lines means those Utility Lines which are installed to provide the applicable utility service to the Premises as a whole or to more than one Unit.
Common Utility Lines means those Utility Lines which are installed to provide the applicable utility service to the Submitted Land as a whole or to more than one Unit.

Examples of Common Utility Lines in a sentence

  • Declarant shall construct (or cause to be constructed) Addison Place Drive, Common Utility Lines located on the Property and the Perimeter Landscape Buffer located on the Property, all as more particularly set forth in the approved PPL (the “Declarant’s Improvements”).

More Definitions of Common Utility Lines

Common Utility Lines means utility systems and facilities from time to time situated on or serving the Parcels, up to the Building wall of any Building, for use or service in common by the Owners or for the service of the Common Area, such as the following: sanitary sewer systems, manholes, underground domestic and fire protection water systems, underground natural gas systems, underground electric power cables and systems, communication lines, underground telephone and television cables and systems, and all other utility systems and facilities for such common use or service, including, without limitation, any surface water collection, retention and facilities within the Shopping Center and those installed under the provisions of this Declaration and as replacements thereto. The Common Utility Lines end (and the Owner’s separate utility facilities begins) at that point where any utility which is stubbed to a particular Building breaks off or separates from the main line.
Common Utility Lines means those facilities and systems for the transmission of utility services, drainage of sanitary sewage, drainage and storage of surface water, and such other utilities or services described in this Declaration, which are installed to provide the applicable service to the Parcels or to the Common Areas; and
Common Utility Lines means those facilities and systems for the transmission of utility services, drainage of sanitary sewage, and drainage and storage of surface water which are installed to provide the applicable service on and to the Tracts or to the Common Area, exclusive of the Building Area; and
