Common Use Premises means those areas within the Terminal including Common Use Baggage Make up System Space, Common Use Gates, Common Use Ticket Counters, Common Use Baggage Claim Areas that are made available by the Port to Airline and to one or more other Air Carriers, as more fully described in the Premises Notice.
Common Use Premises means those non-exclusive areas of the Airport (excluding Public Space), used in common by AIRLINE, along with other authorized users of the Airport, along with all facilities, improvements, equipment and services which are, or hereafter may be, provided for such common- use, as shown in Exhibits B and C, attached hereto.
Common Use Premises means those areas at the Airport which two or more Scheduled Air Carriers are authorized to use, as shown on Exhibits N-B-1 and D-B-1. Concourse D shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Section to the contrary, Airline shall not be entitled to reimbursement for relocation of or within Common Use Premises.

Common Use Premises means the areas leased by County to Airline for use by Airline in common with all other air transportation companies, whether or not signatory to this Agreement, as shown in Exhibit F.
