Common Trust Securities Guarantee definition

Common Trust Securities Guarantee means the guarantee agreement dated as of May __, 1998 of the Sponsor in respect of the Common Trust Securities.
Common Trust Securities Guarantee means the guarantee agreement dated as of the date hereof of the Sponsor in respect of the Common Trust Securities.
Common Trust Securities Guarantee means any guarantee that the Company may enter into with any Person or Persons that operates directly or indirectly for the benefit of holders of Common Trust Securities of Life Re Capital Trust.
