Common Trust Funds. The Foundation has established or will establish in the future one or more Common Trust Funds with specified investment objectives and investment policies, for the investment of funds held by the Foundation as fiduciary. Common Trust Funds as of the date hereof are described in Appendix C to this Agreement. Additional Common Trust Funds established in the future will be described in additional appendices or supplements to this Agreement. Common Trust Funds are not legal entities.
