Common Stock Rights definition

Common Stock Rights means any Rights to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any share or shares of Common Stock.
Common Stock Rights means options, rights, warrants or other rights to acquire shares of Common Stock or Securities directly or indirectly convertible into, exercisable for or otherwise entitling any Person to receive any shares of Common Stock.

  • Stock Rights means all dividends, instruments or other distributions and any other right or property which the Grantors shall receive or shall become entitled to receive for any reason whatsoever with respect to, in substitution for or in exchange for any Equity Interest constituting Collateral, any right to receive an Equity Interest and any right to receive earnings, in which the Grantors now have or hereafter acquire any right, issued by an issuer of such Equity Interest.

  • Company Stock Options means any option to purchase Company Common Stock pursuant to any Company Stock Plans.

  • Common Stock means the common stock of the Company.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;
