Common Share Amount definition

Common Share Amount means an amount equal to the number of issued and outstanding Common Shares;
Common Share Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3 below.

Common Share Amount has the meaning set forth in the Exchange Rights Agreement.
