Common Service definition

Common Service means a facility of BBMRI-ERIC according to Article 15(1);
Common Service means a covered service that is ancillary to the provision of one or more of entry services, exit services and network use of system services that ensures the reliability of a network or otherwise provides benefits to users of the network, the costs of which cannot reasonably be allocated to one or more particular users and so needs to be allocated across all users.
Common Service means a service sought by more than one Prospective User where, in Great Southern Networks opinion, the characteristics (including the Delivery Point) are suchthat the Prospective Users are seeking the same service.

  • The Fiscal Agent or the Registrar will promptly provide the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) details of all amounts paid by it under the Notes (or, where the Notes provide for delivery of assets other than cash, of the assets so delivered).
