Common Roads definition

Common Roads means the driveways and driving surfaces hereafter constructed on the Property as identified on the Plat and intended to be utilized as driveways for the benefit of automobile traffic and roadways serving the Development.
Common Roads. /”Roads” means all roads to which all Members of the Association and their members, by agreement have a non-exclusive right of use of from time to time, whether by servitude lease or otherwise, or as the case may be.
Common Roads means those tracts of lands designated as roads (other than Mirage Drive) on the Declaration Map and County Plat. The Common Roads presently are designated as Tracts A, B, C and D on the Declaration Map and County Plat.

  • No fence, wall, hedge of shrub planting which obstructs sightlines and deviations between two (2) and six (6) feet above the Common Roads shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the street and property lines and a line connecting them at points twenty five (25) feet from the intersection of street lines.

  • The parties recognize that the Sharing Formula is intended to allocate maintenance costs associated with normal wear and tear of the Common Roads.

  • The Association shall have the right but no obligation to remove or require the removal of any fence, wall, hedge, shrub, bush, tree, or other thing natural or artificial placed or located within the Property if the location of the same will in the sole judgment and opinion of or the Board of Directors, obstruct the vision of a motorist upon any of the Common Roads.


More Definitions of Common Roads

Common Roads means Tract B (Hickory Stick Lane) and the finished surfaces designed for automobile and truck use that are shared and in common with the other Owners in the location generally depicted on the Common Area Map which shall be maintained by the Association, and which are subject to non-exclusive vehicular easements as described herein. The Common Roads shall be utilized for circulation and for access to the Lots and Tracts.
Common Roads means and refer to the roads located within the Common Areas, which roads shall not be dedicated to the public except as hereinafter provided.
Common Roads means those Access Areas that are roadways for vehicular traffic, and may include adjacent sidewalks, walkways or similar areas for the ingress and egress of pedestrians and adjacent landscaped areas as depicted on the Site Plan. Common Roads shall not include any publicly-dedicated roadways that may be included in the Property.
Common Roads means the roads, or easements for roads, depicted on the Plat that provide ingress and egress to any lot.
Common Roads means all of the rights of way, including the paved portions of same, located within the Turtle Shores West subdivision and shown on any or all of the plats described in the RECITAL OF FACTS Section 1 above. It is intended that all of these “Common Roads” be owned and maintained by Turtle Shores Owners Association, Inc.
Common Roads means the roads in the Property which provide ingress and egress to each Lot, residence, or any part of the Property, and shall consist of Xxxxxx Island Oaks Way along with any walkways, sidewalks or other similar improvements in the right of way. The Common Roads shall be considered to be a part of the Common Property.

Related to Common Roads

  • Common elements means all portions of a condominium other than the units.

  • Access Road means a road that leads from a Provincial Trunk Highway, Provincial Road, or a municipal road;

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.

  • Private road or driveway means every way or place in private ownership and used for vehicular travel by the owner and those having express or implied permission from the owner, but not by other persons.

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Heritage Building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Community water system means a public water system which serves at least 15 service connections used by year-round residents or regularly serves at least 25 year-round residents.

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Common means the Company's Common Stock, $.01 par value per share.

  • Exchange Area means an area, defined by the Commission, for which a distinct local rate schedule is in effect.
