Common Furnishings definition

Common Furnishings means all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, carpeting, and equipment located in a Unit or elsewhere within a Development and available for use by Obligors in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Applicable Timeshare Documents.
Common Furnishings means all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, carpeting, and equipment located in a Unit or elsewhere within one of the Resorts.

More Definitions of Common Furnishings

Common Furnishings means the furniture and furnishing for the Premises or other personal property from time to time owned or held for use in common by all owners during their respective Intervals.
