Common Equity Tier 1 Capital definition

Common Equity Tier 1 Capital means common equity tier 1 capital (or any equivalent or successor term) of, as the case may be, the Issuer or the Group, in each case as calculated by the Issuer in accordance with CRD IV requirements and any applicable transitional arrangements under CRD IV;
Common Equity Tier 1 Capital means all items that constitute common equity tier 1 capital, or deductions from common equity tier 1 capital, in each case within the meaning of these terms in the Basel III Document as amended by, and as determined by CSG pursuant to, BIS Regulations applicable at the relevant time;
Common Equity Tier 1 Capital means Common Equity Tier 1 capital (or any equivalent or successor term) of, as the case may be, the Issuer or the Group, in each case as calculated by the Issuer in accordance with the CRD/CRR requirements and any applicable transitional arrangement under the CRD/CRR.

Common Equity Tier 1 Capital means capital qualifying as, and approved by the Regulator as common equity tier 1 capital in accordance with the Capital Regulations;
