Common Equity Securities definition

Common Equity Securities means Common Stock and securities convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, Common Stock or rights or options to acquire Common Stock or such other securities, excluding the Warrants.
Common Equity Securities means shares of any class of common stock, or any securities convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for shares of any class of common stock of the Company.

Common Equity Securities means any class or series of Common Shares of the Company.
