Common Capital Stock definition

Common Capital Stock means the Common Capital Stock of the Company, par value $1.00 per share and issuable in one or more series.
Common Capital Stock means the authorized, issued, non-assessable and outstanding shares of the Common Capital Stock of ZAP.
Common Capital Stock means Capital Stock of the Company which is junior to the Series A Preferred Stock in respect of the payment of dividends and upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up.

  • Parent Common Shares means the common shares of the Parent;
