Common Assessment definition

Common Assessment means and refer to any assessment levied against all Units in the Properties to fund Common Expenses.
Common Assessment. -- shall mean a charge against each Owner and his Lot, representing a portion of the expenses of operating, maintaining, repairing, improving, reconstruction and replacing the Common Areas, located within the platted subdivision of Majestic Oaks including, but not limited to, operating, and maintaining and repairing the Surface Water or Storm Water Management System. Maintenance of the Surface Water or Storm Water Management System shall mean the exercise of practices which allow the system to provide drainage, water storage, conveyance or other surface water or storm water management capabilities permitted by the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
Common Assessment means and refer to that portion of the cost of maintaining, improving, repairing and managing the Common Area and other expenses as provided herein, which is charged to the Owner of each respective Lot.

Common Assessment means the assessment required by paragraph 1003.52(3)(b), F.S., and designed to measure student learning gains and academic progress, which is administered to students upon entry into and again prior to release from DJJ education programs.
