Commodity Broker definition

Commodity Broker means any person who engages in the business of effecting transactions in Commodity Contracts for the account of others or for his or her own account.
Commodity Broker. ’ means futures com- mission merchant, foreign futures commission merchant, clearing organization, leverage transaction merchant, or commodity options dealer, as defined in section 761 of this title, with respect to which there is a customer, as defined in section 761 of this title;
