Commodity Account Control Agreement definition

Commodity Account Control Agreement means a control agreement in a form that is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent establishing the Administrative Agent’s Control with respect to any Commodity Account.
Commodity Account Control Agreement means a control agreement in a form that is reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent establishing the Collateral Agent’s Control with respect to any Commodity Account.
Commodity Account Control Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Security Agreement.

Commodity Account Control Agreement means a commodity account control agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
