Committee Settlement definition

Committee Settlement means that certain Settlement Agreement with the Committee, which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
Committee Settlement means that certain Settlement Agreement Among Debtors, Silver Point Finance, LLC & Official Committee Of Unsecured Creditors attached as Exhibit A to the Notice of Filing of Settlement Agreement that was Filed as Docket Number 696 in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • The Debtors may not amend the Plan in a manner inconsistent with the EFH/EFIH Committee Settlement without the prior consent of the EFH/EFIH Committee and the EFH Notes Trustee.

  • In the event that, for any reason, the Confirmation Order is not entered or the Effective Date does not occur, the Debtors, the Creditors’ Committee and the Equity Committee reserve all of their respective rights with respect to any and all disputes resolved and settled under the Plan, the Settlement Stipulation and the Equity Committee Settlement Stipulation and with respect to the terms of the Plan.

More Definitions of Committee Settlement

Committee Settlement means the settlement by and among the Debtors, the Committee, the DIP Lenders, and the Settling Parties and effectuated through the Plan, which provides for, among other things, (i) the resolution of the Committee’s objections to the Plan and the Sale Transactions, (ii) the Committee’s withdrawal of the Standing Motion with prejudice and (iii) resolution of any disputes between the DIP Lenders and the Committee regarding the DIP Lenders and Committee Stipulation, pursuant to section 1123(b)(3)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 9019, the material terms of which are included in the Plan.
Committee Settlement means the settlement by and among the Debtors, the Committee, the Unions, and the Ad Hoc Term Lender Group effectuated through this Plan as set forth in Article V.S hereof.
Committee Settlement means the settlement among Silicon Valley Bank (as DIP Lender and Prepetition Lender), the Committee, and the Debtor as approved and set forth in the DIP Order and as set forth on Exhibit A to the Plan.
