Committee Meetings. Administration shall not schedule classes for bargaining unit members between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday so that this time will be available for various committee meetings. Neither departmental nor committee meetings shall be scheduled between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month so that the Association may schedule meetings.
