Committee Guidelines. The bank committee shall establish its own procedure for review of application and criteria for determination of whether bank days should be credited. Such criteria, however, shall take into consideration, the following:

The terms and conditions of the Uniform Guidance flow down to Awards to Subrecipients unless the Uniform Guidance or the terms and conditions of the Federal Award specifically indicate otherwise.

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
