Committee Deadlock definition

Committee Deadlock has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9.1.

Examples of Committee Deadlock in a sentence

  • In the event an agreement cannot be reached by the Parties within ten (10) Business Days of the Steering Committee Deadlock, either Party may refer the matter to arbitration pursuant to Section 12.13.

  • In the event the Steering Committee cannot reach agreement on an indemnity, the Parties must refer the matter(s) causing the Steering Committee Deadlock (i) regarding Nokia, to its board of directors, and (ii) regarding the Company, to the Committee of Independent Directors of its board of directors.

  • In the event an agreement cannot be reached by the Parties within ten (10) Business Days of the Steering Committee Deadlock, either Party may refer the matter to arbitration pursuant to Section 11.13.

  • The Senior Executives of each Party shall attempt to resolve such Committee Deadlock within [***] days of submission.

  • If the JOC cannot resolve a matter within its jurisdiction within thirty (30) days, after it begins discussing any such delegated matter (a “Committee Deadlock”), then the JOC shall escalate such Committee Deadlock to the Senior Officers for resolution.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
