Committed Note definition

Committed Note means a promissory note of a Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1, evidencing the indebtedness of that Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Committed Advances made by such Lender to that Borrower.
Committed Note means a promissory note of the Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit E, duly completed, evidencing Committed Loans to the Company, as such note may be amended, modified or supplemented or supplanted pursuant to Section 13.4.1 from time to time.
Committed Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of each Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.01-C, together with all modifications, extensions, renewals and rearrangements thereof.

More Definitions of Committed Note

Committed Note means a promissory note of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, duly completed, evidencing Committed Loans to the Borrower, as such note may be amended, modified or supplemented or supplanted pursuant to Section 12.4.1 from time to time.
